At the Partner and MD level, the firm operates more like a self-serving hierarchy than a collaborative environment. This is not a firm that embraces a “go-giver” mentality or prioritizes leverage. Partners focus on securing their own billable hours first, as that metric is critical to them, leaving whatever remains—if anything—for those below. Additionally, partners rarely, if ever, share work with one another, fostering intense internal competition rather than teamwork.
