      Pros

      Working with families that are deeply passionate about helping the children within the hospital. Getting to interact with children that are going through hard times and are so inspiring.

      Cons

      Horrible management. A lot of the directors don't pay attention to average families who are willing and interested in raising money for the hospital. If you're not a rich donor, they don't respect you or give you the time of day. For a company that is suppose to work to help save children, you think they'd have more compassion for people.
