Some of the best physicians I have ever worked with in my career. Caring professionals, truly in medicine because they love it and the kids.
Cons
The worst management I have ever been a part of. They don't care about their employees, especially the long term ones who grind day in and day out, go above and beyond and they kick them to the curb like they are trash. I saw it first hand three times already and it's truly saddening. They hire interim managers who don't know what they are doing or how to manage anyone, not even themselves and expect units to run smoothly. No union, so no support if your having problems with anyone in authority above you. They don't care and will let you go if you make any kind of report or ruffle any feathers. Benefits are not special and either is sick leave. You max accrue and then they don't give anymore unless you use, not good business practice for a large corporation.
