CIC Plus is a family and everyone is treated as such. Culture is often times associated with kitchen perks, ping pong tables and a casual dress code - and while these are all great perks at CIC Plus (plus a gym!), the true meaning of culture shines from within - the people. There is a true sense of family, respect, and flexibility that makes the CIC Plus team thrive from within. This all starts at the top with the President and moves through the executive team to each person at the company. Clients are a top priority, but so is everyone at CIC Plus. The client list is a who's -who of Fortune lists and with so many clients positively endorsing our service and solutions, it makes for a fun working environment. This is not to say there aren't issues that come up, but the teams truly want to delight our clients and ensure they endorse our relationship for future clients. Cons
The smaller size can be a blessing and a curse at times - while the company is very agile, sometimes getting something done takes longer than it should. Market awareness can be challenging at times.
