Pros
Good benefits but getting worse. Recently switched plans and they’re not as good as they used to be. OT pay for hourly associates. Paid holidays. Good amount of PTO
Cons
As you can see on many reviews the pay is not competitive at all. Department goals are not clear. Outsourced a fair amount of jobs 2 years ago and still dealing with fall out of sloppy transition. Every day is chaotic. Little opportunity for advancement. Almost all management level promotions are done via appointment. No opportunities to interview. High stress. Low pay.
