Horrible Place to Work - Anonymous employee CMI Limited Co. Employee Review

The company treats their people right, has patience enough to train people properly, and has a bright future. Pay is fair, ability to earn bonus/incentives is there for everyone at the company and their retention speaks to how well they understand the job market. Work life balance is amazing, overtime is very minimal, maybe one day a month, and the stress levels are low.

None that I can think of

Less strict ppe (no hard hat or steel toe required) Entry level (no experience required)

Lack of training Old machines Management unhelpful. (Will stand and watch employee struggle) Very high turnover rate Toxic atmosphere. No promotions past shift lead from within.
