Pros
Very little work with almost decent pay. Awesome promises to get you to sign on. Management seems to genuinely care about their employees.
Cons
From day one you are begged not to quit before anything even happens, from the time you even walk through the door. Should be a major Red Flag. First shift Operators are hostile from the first second. They bully, insult, berate, and abuse. I have never hated a job so much on the first day of work. They provide as little training as possible, almost as if they want you to fail. Red Flag number two. If something goes wrong it is never their fault. First thing I saw when I entered the first work day? "0 Days since last accident." Forklift training is absurd, as they don't actually train you. They simply point and say do it.
