Pros

Great products sold to a good base of customers and cool projects. Still some good rank and file people here.

Cons

Unethical management who will continually sit in a room coming up with un realistic goals and ways to cut employee compensation. Many top performers are expected to grow 50% only to make ten's of thousands less. Maybe this is why they can't retain talent.

Pros

The company treats their people right, has patience enough to train people properly, and has a bright future. Pay is fair, ability to earn bonus/incentives is there for everyone at the company and their retention speaks to how well they understand the job market. Work life balance is amazing, overtime is very minimal, maybe one day a month, and the stress levels are low.

Less strict ppe (no hard hat or steel toe required) Entry level (no experience required)

Cons

Lack of training Old machines Management unhelpful. (Will stand and watch employee struggle) Very high turnover rate Toxic atmosphere. No promotions past shift lead from within.
