Work from home 4 days per week Honestly, this is the only good thing about this company

Horrible work life balance Awful work culture General culture of employees mistreatment Zero respect for personal/private life: Emails, messages and calls anytime, any day with the expectation of you responding, and a culture of shaming you for not doing so. General culture of pushing you and guilting you into working overtime without pay/compensation. Mediocre salary (on top of all that) This company is only focused on making money at the expense of everything and everyone Terrible management Managers have zero people skills, just a bunch of old programmers who grew due to time and not merits, not trained to manage at all and with zero true management and people skills
