Pros

Although I can mostly speak about my experience in my team, so far these are the pro's I've noticed. - Fun, intelligent people that are a pleasure to work with - Great team support - Opportunities for growth - Active encouragement for new skill development - Good compensation - Flexible work, work from home - Good benefits

Cons

Some technologies used are outdated, mostly because the company has been around since 1974 and it is difficult/time consuming to transition away from them.
