Not a bad Company - Software Engineer CMiC Employee Review

Thank you for your review. CMiC is a place where all are welcome, not just for new immigrants, as we always look to hire the best people. We encourage growth within the company as we want our staff to be able to make a career at CMiC and stay with us for a long time. We do promote work/life balance and providing flexibility with some remote work availability helps to promote this. Some of the ways that we try to spread across appreciation for work include our Kudos Club (our online praise platform), Outstanding Contribution Award (nominated by fellow staff members and distributed to staff across departments), spot awards, bonuses, and more. We encourage managers to provide praise to their staff. Fair treatment is extremely important to us. Promotions are provided on the basis of experience, skills, knowledge, and company needs. Stating that promotions are provided on the basis of race is a very serious allegation and one that would need to be discussed with HR to be properly investigated. Please reach out to HR to discuss.
