Pros
-Lots of things to learn, latest tech stack. -Technically this is a good company. -Senior programmers are very smart. -Most of the seniors are helpful except a few new senior members with attitude as if they are god
Cons
- salaries are like a call center. - even if they give you high joining package, increment will destroy your market value. - No sports. - some senior employees have no manners how to talk to a junior person, they will treat you like a slave. - earlier management was good, but it just got worse. - tt room has timings, noone can play tt in other than specified time, but higher management people sit for meetings in play timings like a boss, they don't care about timings. - even their pantry tv has very limited channels, they must be saving millions here. - new weird IT policies, IT has no idea how to implement things(same like demonization) - joke of the day. Their hr works remotely, no idea how. - if you are a developer, QA will rarely find a proper bug, you will have to do testing yourself, they will list down hundreds, but they rarely qualify as bugs, never trust QA here, they pretend to work. - No cab service, even cheap call centers provide free pick up-drop. - a bunch of uncultured people in this company have zero manners in terms of using washrooms, other services and parking especially. I got lot of scratches on my bike/car because of this. - No office tshirts/sweatshirts/bottle/mug or any goodies. - Almost every company on this planet provides either free or subsidized breakfast/lunch. They are so cheap, they count your coffee consumption in a day, let's not go to free food.
