Your slow response is kind of indicative of NOT “leading by example” nor is it a demonstration of your “passion.” If I was HR I would be mortified by many of these reviews, both from current and former employees. And yet, you’ve provided a response with no substance. And once again, you’re encouraging employees to “live through the values” when there is no real incentive to do so. Your response also assumes that conversations regarding this topic haven’t already been had with upper management. I would be only too happy to contact HR but based on my experience, revealing who I am will provoke some sort of retaliation. In my experience, honest feedback has either been blatantly ignored or met with a retaliatory spirit.
