Toxic work environment. Too many managers and too few to do the actual work being asked. No support from management - no one cares about any of the creative teams, too many changes in leaders. Absolutely no opportunities for progressing. No work/life balance. Low salaries - and no salary increases for anyone. Lower level employees are ignored.
