      Pros

      Working hours flexible, friendly environment it is expensive to live in Denmark but health system is free and school is not so expensive

      Cons

      The job are challenging it is better to learn Danish in order to be involved in the company and society. Evryone is able to speak in English

      Pros

      Primary offices were near transportation lines.

      Cons

      Senior leaders openly demonstrated unethical and unsafe work practices. Clear favoritism towards male employees was evident. Accountability was low and frequently misplaced to the wrong source. Concerns were not taken seriously, nor addressed. Despite employees actively fleeing for the above stated reasons, toxic practices continued. Ethics reporting structure was a circle, and therefore ineffective.
