Projects are challenging and exciting. Good connections with clients.

Cons

Poor leadership culture that starts from upper management and trickles down through project engineer levels. Poor leadership often leads to lack of motivation and job satisfaction. No concurrency between PM's. Each one does things differently and some cut corners. PM's have lack of understanding for running a business. Most probable cause for lack of growth and profitability within the company. Very difficult to advance internally. No encouragement for training and development. Huge push for productivity and doing whatever it takes to remain highly billable. Year to year raises are small due to overall financial performance. Finance and payroll departments constantly make mistakes.

Primary offices were near transportation lines.

Cons

Senior leaders openly demonstrated unethical and unsafe work practices. Clear favoritism towards male employees was evident. Accountability was low and frequently misplaced to the wrong source. Concerns were not taken seriously, nor addressed. Despite employees actively fleeing for the above stated reasons, toxic practices continued. Ethics reporting structure was a circle, and therefore ineffective.
