      COWI offers an amazing work environment, especially for those starting their full-time careers. The onboarding is smooth, the team is collaborative, and leadership is supportive. I had the opportunity to work on international projects and was promoted within 4 months. The company encourages learning and becoming a power user in tools like AutoCAD and ServiceNow.

      Cons

      Growth opportunities for IT roles can become limited beyond a certain point, especially for those not in core architecture or engineering domains like civil or CAD. The company is more aligned toward engineering career paths

      Pros

      Primary offices were near transportation lines.

      Cons

      Senior leaders openly demonstrated unethical and unsafe work practices. Clear favoritism towards male employees was evident. Accountability was low and frequently misplaced to the wrong source. Concerns were not taken seriously, nor addressed. Despite employees actively fleeing for the above stated reasons, toxic practices continued. Ethics reporting structure was a circle, and therefore ineffective.
