Pros
CRB seems to really care about their people. Often after tough deadlines or periods of frantic work, the team is rewarded if an afternoon out with team building activities and celecrations. CRB also is at the forefront if not trend setters of new technologies and industry standards, which in the VDC world is a huge PLUS. As a VDC Coordinator CRB offers the opportunity for Career Development such as attending industry conferences like Autodesk University. CRB also allows for advancement and career path goals, meaning if there is an aspect of your role you want to pursue on a more full time basis, if management can see the value in it, it can become available to you.
Cons
Deadlines can get hectic at times and some projects are very fast paced. If that is something you cannot handle CRB will not be for you. In the VDC roles there is a lot of demand from end users for help an assistance, if you don't like doing those types of work then CRB may not be for you. Also, some people look for set checklist of tasks they may need to do everyday, it is not like that at CRB, tasks can change by the hour, you must be able to adapt. CRB is also a very large company with many offices. Although they do a pretty nice job at making everyone part of the team, you can get lost as just another employee if you don't make yourself known so people can take notice.
