Poor compensation for cutting edge work means you can get quickly snapped up by a better company with better compensation packages
Cons
- lots of talk of "overachievement" when it comes to corporate goals, but doesn't seem to translate to salary increases - annual "raises" are below the annual inflation rate - CEO is openly disparaging of employees - toxic employees leftover from an earlier acquisition make for an unwelcoming work environment
