Pros

Helping adults with MH and ID/D achieve their highest potential in a variety of settings to include residential and community settings. Lots of room to advance within the agency. Opinions are valued by management. Company has been around since 1975 and is very solid.

Cons

Website sucks. Note to this site: Dennis Manning is no longer the CEO. It is Arthur Ginsberg!

Run! There are no pros to work for this company. They are dishonest and do not support their staff. Look elsewhere- this company is not stable.

Cons

The retention rate at this company is poor. Upper management calls all the shots with no autonomy for staff. You will never get a raise and job security is very poor!
