I love my clients and taking care of them and watching them accomplish things

Cons

Everything else The management really needs to stop taking their job titles and thinking they are better than everyone else. Management is lazy.

Run! There are no pros to work for this company. They are dishonest and do not support their staff. Look elsewhere- this company is not stable.

Cons

The retention rate at this company is poor. Upper management calls all the shots with no autonomy for staff. You will never get a raise and job security is very poor!
