Low pay, especially for the area ($19/hour with a Master’s degree). Only health plan available is a HDHP

Run! There are no pros to work for this company. They are dishonest and do not support their staff. Look elsewhere- this company is not stable.

Cons

The retention rate at this company is poor. Upper management calls all the shots with no autonomy for staff. You will never get a raise and job security is very poor!
