Pros

good entry level into social work field, benefits for only 20 hours per week, multiple shifts available, good management that listens to employees

Cons

pay scale is not very high, hard physical and mental work, overnight shifts are the hardest but you don't have to work them unless you agree to do so

Run! There are no pros to work for this company. They are dishonest and do not support their staff. Look elsewhere- this company is not stable.

Cons

The retention rate at this company is poor. Upper management calls all the shots with no autonomy for staff. You will never get a raise and job security is very poor!
