Pros

If you're in a good team, you get an opportunity from the management to fill in when new roles open up, irrespective of your experience. If you have ability, you will be pushed. Management is very open and friendly. People above are willing to listen if you have something to say. In general, not much pressure, so you can chill out. Very good crowd at workplace, makes for an interesting work culture. The level of knowledge among some people here is amazing, and they're willing to teach you if you want to learn. Chance to interact with onsite people directly, and not through layers of insulation.

Cons

Generally tend to fill openings, especially in support roles, with freshers. Compensation sucks, and pay hikes are very little compared to industry levels. Some roles are filled with overqualified people, and vice versa. Talent management and learning has to be employee initiated, and informal. Generally no planning as to how to develop and maintain an employee.

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
