Pros

Absolutely none now whatsoever, one pay rise in about 11 years now not even financially viable. Will it pay the bills? inflation, not anymore. It close to where I now live.

Cons

Managers give not a care about employees, ridiculous hub model which is supposed to match what the competition have but so few staff it doesnt work and clients are feeling the pain as per the employees. constant stupid diktats from the U.S of A because Laurie wants to reduce the headcount and make existing employees do more for less. Travel ban so you will not meet your manager if they are chesterfield/chorley centric and you are not! You may be relocated to Aldershot whether a commutable distance or not to try to encourage you to take VR instead, when you/if you opt for VR they will then not honour your leaving date and ask you stay on until christmas, if you got another job you’re screwed because they wont pay your redundancy unless you do stay on and turn down any new work and strangely will have to pay someone more than they pay you to do your job once you have actually been allowed to leave. plus if you take VR it will take you approx 6 months later to get your redundancy. They cannot seem to get people to work in their fancy low cost locations probably because the buildings should be condemned one would guess unless you are in hampshire. None of the equipment they give you is up to the job but it is allegedly an IT company. THe account managers make employees life difficult because they pay forward the pain from the clients. The CEo is driving the company into the ground but he makes millions of dollars so he doesn’t give a £)?4!!!

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
