Pros

Career prospects, access to technological know-how, amenities, work hours

Cons

Biggest complaint is about the constant sexual harassment that women employees are prone to, absolutely no HR check on it. They are very very insensitive towards this issue. Adding to it the pathetic attitude of mid/senior level management which hampers the growth. It's a great US IT org but it's image is badly tarnished by the mid/senior level management,

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
