Pros

Free freshly ground coffee and soup of the day from whatever they happen to be testing that day. Many good hourly people to work with.

Cons

No bonuses, no raises, pushed to work long hours, poor training, incompetent production supervisors, leads and managers. The plant manager does nothing to lead his team. The work week could be cut in half if they discontinued the worthless meetings about nothing. The management at this place reminds of a Seinfeld episode. They have a large wallstreet bank as their owner who has top loaded multiple new salaries at the top while they take for granted the people who actually do the work and keep this place running. Insurance is extremely expensive. You are forced to comply with mandatory blood tests yearly under penalty of doubling the price of insurance premium plus an additional 120 dollars a month for assumed smoking behavior.

Cons

You work hard here. Stay in the a sane position . No chance for advancement at all. Its all about who they want to promote. They create positions and abd then promote people. No there. You work hard here. Stay in the a sane position. Its all about who they want to promote. They create positions and abd then promote people. No Diversity in upper management at all. Only 3 when I worked there. They are a cheap company no cost of living raises. There raises sucked. They were cheap when it came to their Christmas parties to. 50.00 dollar gif card is all. No other things they do for their employees at all. They have no recognition for their employees at all. No gift cards no nothing. Trust no one. I was there 41/2 years and got let go I was to performer. They did it very unprofessionally to. You will not move up with this company unless they create a position to promote you. Or if you are HR etc..
