Pros

Lots of new and positive changes recently. Very dedicated and successful team that has been working hard daily to improve the company and win in the market . Nice balance of old and new leadership that make it a much more enjoyable place to work now.

Cons

You have to be in it to win it. New hires that lack motivation and dedication will find that they don't fit in well with the team. Come expecting to stay busy. For production workers, there is a lot of potential for overtime here which will appeal more to some than others.

You work hard here. Stay in the a sane position . No chance for advancement at all. Its all about who they want to promote. They create positions and abd then promote people. Only 3 when I worked there. They are a cheap company no cost of living raises. There raises sucked. They were cheap when it came to their Christmas parties to. 50.00 dollar gif card is all. No other things they do for their employees at all. They have no recognition for their employees at all. No gift cards no nothing. Trust no one. I was there 41/2 years and got let go I was to performer. They did it very unprofessionally to. You will not move up with this company unless they create a position to promote you. Or if you are HR etc..
