Pros
Stable job, that is pretty much it. I have no other pros but have to say something to fill the 20 word minimum.
Cons
Horrible health benefits, incompetency across most silos of the company, poor communication across departments, enormous corporate waste on unnecessary projects, complete disconnect from the field, below average pay for most that is below director level, below average salary increases when promoted, annual increases cannot even keep pace with inflation, no way to catch up if you came in at a lower salary, do not reward loyalty, do not know how to attract talent, located in the middle of nowhere, post office mentality, and leaders care only about their own promotions rather than their people’s careers. If you want to work for CVS, think real hard, do a lot of research, and choose as your last resort from going on food stamps.
