Pros

Free health insurance, off on Sunday. Store dose open about 5-6 Sundays per year. Will pay overtime for sale persons. Will hire anyone with sale experience, even if you don’t know how to design a kitchen. Improvement to customer care help line. Improvements to the company culture. Career opportunities for management because managers are always quitting. if a natural disaster hit your area, you will make a lot of money.

Cons

If you are in a slower store or where there is a large considerable amount of competition don’t plan on making any money. HR is technically not lying to you, because the pay they are giving you is a national average, not locally. If managers are making money, they’ll treat you nice. If not, they blame the staff, for low sales and fire them or find a way to fire them., but in most cases employees quit. outdated practices from CEO. Price is higher than any RTA company in the business. Does not follow industry standards, started from a flooring company and most people in the company’s upper management, Don’t know anything about cabinets but they are leading after 13+ years. Has a custom line that barely sells anything (way over priced) only there to make their stock RTA cabinets look lower in price.

Pros

Great work environment. With competent manager and always well explained expectations of the job and how things should go/ run. A lot of downtown.. which was really nice for a while and then it got to be boring for the most part. Enjoyed the truck days and working by myself in the warehouse. Getting lost in a podcast for a few hours as I checked stuff in. Minimal interactions with customers. 300$ bonus for when the store hits plan for the month. Maybe 40% of the time.

Cons

Became a struggle to get to after I moved. Obviously that's personal. But I'm not too sure of many cons that come to mind. I enjoyed my job and lost it because of my time management abilities and failure to be on time. 1 con could be the downtime on some days was so much I literally didn't speak to a single person. Coworkers or customers. Like if its not busy then you're just chilling hoping ppl come through the door so you'll have more on the next truck.
