Pros

Decent insurance. Provide you with company vehicle. Decent amount of training. Two week paid vacation. Week long training at company head quarters

Cons

Lowest pay in that type of industry. Always put down and threatened with your job. Supervisors and management have no idea what they are doing. Favoritism is the worst I've seen in any job. Speed is the most important thing not quality.
