Pros
Starting pay was decent, as well as the training program. It was 2 weeks in class training, and then 2 weeks of taking calls with a "seasoned" coach right next to you to help you through your calls. After that, you're given your desk and on your own. I found the management to be pretty reasonable with new techs for the first couple of months as it relates to stats and call handle times.
Cons
There were some Supervisors there in the Solutions Center who had no business being a "supervisor" in a tech related call center.
