Corporate management seems to be checked out on what front line employees want and need to survive! Local emoyees struggle to survive on current pay where similar jobs with other cable companies pay 30 to 35% more. Delusional that they take care of the front line employee and that they are happy, most are miserable and would change in a heartbeat.
