Pros
Managers are friendly and approachable. Managers that are aggressive or abusive don't last here. It's a bigger company with the sense of community you would expect from a small company. The CEO is positive and engaged and provides updates on the status and direction of the company regularly. Remote/office hybrid set up for many roles.
Cons
There are a few departments that like to play weird political games. There have been a lot of lay offs for field technicians and hiring freezes for most other departments so everyone is spread thin. Technical care went through a sudden restructuring that blind sided everyone in the department and screwed over those in lead positions. Those in lead positions were offered compensation packages though so that is a positive.
