Great opportunity to build communication, care coordination, and patient support skills while working remotely with a team that values healthcare access.

Communication between leadership and employees could be improved. Some processes feel unclear, and additional support and consistency from management would help employees feel more confident in their roles. Managing a continuous caseload during peak hours can make long phone shifts feel quite repetitive and fast-paced.
