Pros

Autonomous, forward-thinking culture that provides ample room to grow, build and learn. Very much at the cutting-edge of healthcare. The team and leadership think out of the box and push you to improve a system that needs improving.

Cons

The bar is high in terms of work product and output. Not a con if you're looking to do big work!

Pros

The independent nature of the virtual setup is fantastic, and the initial training prepares you well for managing consultations. Meaningful work helping patients improve their health outcomes. Great opportunity to build communication, care coordination, and patient support skills while working remotely with a team that values healthcare access.

Cons

Communication between leadership and employees could be improved. Some processes feel unclear, and additional support and consistency from management would help employees feel more confident in their roles. Managing a continuous caseload during peak hours can make long phone shifts feel quite repetitive and fast-paced.
