Just Really Okay - Poker Dealer Caesars Entertainment Employee Review

Too many pointless mandatory meetings that take away from home. Too many unrelated responsibilities added to job descriptions, i.e. Everyone has to pickup trash even though we have a cleaning department, everyone has to have a sales pitch because sales is now a property responsibility. No more bonuses for performance, extra penalty for late/call-offs on holidays and events but not holiday pay. Employee cafeteria food is awful.
