Pros

Employer provides excellent tools in order to accomplish your job requirements. Computer system is excellent. Employer offers free lunch, on site pharmacy (for Generic drugs), Medical facility, and employee gym.

Cons

Employer is presently centralizing work tasks to corporate HQ in Las Vegas causing the elimination of departments at the properties. The Atlantic City properties have lost a significant amount of the senior leadership who have both voluntarily left or have been let go leaving a huge void. Deadlines are strictly enforced even with staffing cuts leading to large amounts of unpaid overtime. Raises have not been provided in years, no opportunity for advancement or salary growth because of the elimination of jobs. No job security at all

Pros

Peers and teammates are supportive of each other. For a digital organization, the pay was very good but I believe they've significantly reduced salaries. Some of the managers were very good.

Cons

The Caesars Digital team operated in a flat organization, where some GMs were trying to actively manage teams of 75-150 individuals. Career growth is almost non-existent as a result. C-suite management was non-existent and came from finance or hospitality backgrounds. Org success was purely tied to annual EBITDA and without understanding of how a digital/engineering organization should be run, resulting in disconnected employees (most of whom were remote), lack of scalable structure, and zero oversight.
