- Caesars talks a lot about having a positive culture, but when it comes down to it, the senior management does not support said culture. - Instead of building up employees, they find ways to get rid of them. - No job security for anyone. - Incredibly departmentalized and everyone works separate of everyone else. Blame is shifted from one department to the next until it's forgotten. - "Hybrid" positions. Sounds great but it boils down to "Do someone else's job for no extra compensation" - Long hours. Zero work / life balance. - No checks and balances for senior management. Incredible employees leave because senior management does not know what they're doing. - Upward movement is usually because of "who" you know, and not by "what" you know.
