There are advancement opportunities if you can fit into the company's joke of a corporate culture
Cons
Pay is 15 to 20% lower than similar properties. The food (that ALL casino companies offer) is a joke. 3 day old leftovers. The benefits are expensive. Worst of all though is how everyone is treated like an on call employee. They will change your schedule on a whim and tell you if you cant work to "call in".Their salaried employees are treated the worse... if a salaried work group requires 20 people they will only hire 15 and expect the rest to work more free hours and pick up the slack.
