Pros
Corporate: High turnaround allows for the ability to move up the ladder relatively quickly. Very unique experience. Caesar's is the leader in analytics in the industry by a long shot. It's refreshing to see them value analytics and data as much as they do.
Cons
Corporate: Bonuses are so low they are insulting. It's not unheard of for people to work 10+ hour days about 50% of the time or more. Caesar's tends to hire a lot of people straight out of academia so they can pay lower salaries. But then after people get 1-2 years experience, they move on to a location or pay they want. Hence high turnaround.
