Really went downhill - Anonymous employee Caesars Entertainment Employee Review

A very frustrating place to work in terms of lack of communication from senior management team and a real lack of leadership. Benefits have declined drastically over the years from healthcare, to 401K match (or lack thereof), even employee dining room options. Terribly low morale throughout. Workloads have gone up while staffing has gone down. Communication coming from HR shows that they really don't know how to speak to the corporate team in terms of demonstrating a vision for success or showing they appreciate employees.
