Pros
they invest a lot in employees with training tools. Not only do you learn an industry, you learn how to be a better manager and evolve into a leader
Cons
Some of the non-critical HR exercises they have you go through are daunting, inordinately time-consuming. Forms for the sake of forms. Meetings and follow-up meetings about the meeting you just had. This industry is hectic enough without heaping on such heavy doses of minutia. A little bit of a tattletale culture too
