Very Lacking - Server/Bartender Caesars Entertainment Employee Review

Extremely difficult to get time off for a vacation, even with proper notice (six months) they'll still schedule you when you requested off, management only nominates each other for team member of the quarter, favoritism, a lot of employees abuse FMLA and screw other employees over, customers can be verbally abusive and sometimes management/security doesn't do anything about it, you can get in trouble for "overserving" even after reporting a guest to management/security because you're told you're wrong about their level of intoxication.
