Pros

They lure you in with full insurance, yes, but good luck accessing care in the area, completely oversaturated, no infrastructure to support current population in Murphy, NC and surrounding areas. They have a nurse's station on site but they're almost NEVER in the office and can barely do the basics, so ......what's the point?

Cons

GET *EVERYTHING* IN WRITING. Especially favorable performance reviews saying you're a great fit and doing a great job, because you never know, they might take everything back and terminate your position the WEEK AFTER THAT, even if you had great attendance and managed to never be written up. There are a few good people there, including the honorable Cherokee people, but you barely get to see or interact with any of them. The rest? Jealous, insecure, chauvinistic. Discriminatory. One-sided. Judgmental, narrow-minded people who are miserable themselves and will smile to your face before they throw you under the bus, always looking for ways to write you up and tear you down. You are expected to be perfect, if you aren't, they will chew you up and spit you out. If you do great things, it doesn't matter, they've probably already written you up for touching your nose sideways. You're constantly under a microscope and anything you say can and will be blown out of proportion and used against you. Awful petri dish of self-perpetuating negativity and paranoia with few exceptions who are actually willing to stick around.

Pros

Peers and teammates are supportive of each other. For a digital organization, the pay was very good but I believe they've significantly reduced salaries. Some of the managers were very good.

Cons

The Caesars Digital team operated in a flat organization, where some GMs were trying to actively manage teams of 75-150 individuals. Career growth is almost non-existent as a result. C-suite management was non-existent and came from finance or hospitality backgrounds. Org success was purely tied to annual EBITDA and without understanding of how a digital/engineering organization should be run, resulting in disconnected employees (most of whom were remote), lack of scalable structure, and zero oversight.
