Pros

The benefits with Caesars Entertainment are some of the best any corporation can offer!

Cons

Not sure how other departments are in the company, but the marketing department was riddled with favoritism and high-school level politics. We had to train the new hires, not our supervisors/managers. Part of the training including us signing documents stating we really didn't train them on that task, that way if they made a mistake, we were blamed for not training them properly. You are also encouraged NOT to ask questions. I understand having to figure somethings out yourself, but often we would spend half the day trying to find answer when we were on tight deadlines. All along, the management knew the answer, but didn't want to help.

Pros

Peers and teammates are supportive of each other. For a digital organization, the pay was very good but I believe they've significantly reduced salaries. Some of the managers were very good.

Cons

The Caesars Digital team operated in a flat organization, where some GMs were trying to actively manage teams of 75-150 individuals. Career growth is almost non-existent as a result. C-suite management was non-existent and came from finance or hospitality backgrounds. Org success was purely tied to annual EBITDA and without understanding of how a digital/engineering organization should be run, resulting in disconnected employees (most of whom were remote), lack of scalable structure, and zero oversight.
