Pros

Hmmmm.... Some of the people are kinda fun. I guess.

Cons

They will lie to you about how much you will make if you are in a tipped position. They will lie to you about prospects for promotion so that they can bring you in at an entry level position and keep stringing you along. They will enforce policies and procedures very heavily when they are slow and want to get rid of people, and they will look the other way when they are short-staffed. The place is too big for management to handle, especially when they hide in their office all day. It's very inefficient, and they have no idea what happens with their staff. Favoritism. Remember when they said the bankruptcy wouldn't change anything and then they fired dozens of people? I do.

Pros

Peers and teammates are supportive of each other. For a digital organization, the pay was very good but I believe they've significantly reduced salaries. Some of the managers were very good.

Cons

The Caesars Digital team operated in a flat organization, where some GMs were trying to actively manage teams of 75-150 individuals. Career growth is almost non-existent as a result. C-suite management was non-existent and came from finance or hospitality backgrounds. Org success was purely tied to annual EBITDA and without understanding of how a digital/engineering organization should be run, resulting in disconnected employees (most of whom were remote), lack of scalable structure, and zero oversight.
