Pros

The company is very structured and offers amazing benefits, CalPERS, PARS, and a 457i. Across the street are daily food vendors. Across the parking lot are The Outlets at Orange (formerly The Block).

Cons

Not really a con, but being a public agency and dealing with a lot of PHI, getting access to everything you'll need requires several days at the beginning.
