Pros
Great retirement benefits Good people, but they are leaving due to culture change. It was (past tense) a good place to work.
Cons
Legal has no oversight, runs the organization, directs the Board of Directors and CEO. Due to this, turnover of talented and dedicated Executives. Conflicts with HR labor laws Legal department's budget and staff has increased, but still sending projects and issues outside for advice. No longer a mission-focused organization. It's no longer a member-driven focus.
