Unrealistic expectations for workload and deadlines. Way too much documentation. As an experienced case manager, its very easy to drown. Uncomfortable corporate "Big Brother" culture. From not needing much oversight throughout my career, I felt my productivity was monitored constantly. ..unnerving feeling causing constant anxiety. My work for some, but not me.
